By accessing or using FeedbackBasket ("the Service"), operated by FeedbackBasket ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedbackBasket is a feedback collection and management platform that allows you to collect user feedback through embeddable widgets, manage feedback through a dashboard, publish public boards and roadmaps, and use AI-powered analysis tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to collect data in violation of any individual's privacy rights
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written consent

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including feedback data, project information, and configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your account after a reasonable grace period.

7. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are subject to usage limits including project count, feedback volume, and feature availability. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by FeedbackBasket and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-powered features provide suggestions only and should not be relied upon as definitive analysis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedbackBasket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
